COLOURS:
Please be aware that product colours shown on the
website are close to the colours of the actual products but
may not be exact depending on which computer you are using.
PAYMENT METHODS:
All prices shown on the website are in UK pounds
sterling £ (GBP).
- We accept
all major credit & debit cards through PayPal via our
website. This is a free service and there are no additional
charges.
- Alternatively, we accept cheques and
postal orders in £ (GBP), made payable to: ‘Smooch & Blush’.
Please write your name & address on the back of the cheque
and enclose your cheque/postal order with a copy of the quotation
page which you can print off from the website after you have
entered your contact details in the ‘check out’ stage.
PACKAGING:
Each garter comes in its own specially designed
branded ‘Smooch & Blush’ complimentary presentation
box. The box is made from hard card which has a ‘clunky’ sound
when you put the lid on. The colour of the box is hot pink
and the branded logo is in silver foil.
Inside the box, the garter is wrapped in white tissue which is sealed with
a Smooch & Blush circular sticker.
The presentation box is placed inside a frosted clear plastic bag to complete
the very special ‘shopping experience’ before being mailed out
in a jiffy bag or box depending on quantity of garters ordered.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Because our garters are all individually hand crafted,
we have to make to order, so please allow up to 8 working
days for delivery. If you require a quick delivery then
please e-mail or telephone us first (before
ordering via the website) and we will do our best to accomodate
you.
N.B We will only despatch your
goods once your payment has cleared.
(The benefit of ‘Make to order’ allows us to offer you a wider
variety of exclusive designs.)
- All deliveries are sent recorded, special
or international signed for, and all will require a signature
upon delivery.
- In the unlikely event that your delivery
does not arrive after 8 working days, please telephone us

Please remember to state your name, telephone number and
invoice number. We will then carry out an investigation through
Royal Mail and keep you informed of our progress.

CANCELLATION/RETURNS (Standard size garters):
By law in the UK you have 7 days from the date of
receipt to cancel your order (excluding Custom Made to Measure,
please see below.) Please contact us if you wish to cancel
or return an item and we will issue you with a Return Reference

The below points must be adhered to protect
your right to a refund.
- The goods must be returned in perfect
condition with all packaging. The swing ticket & tag
must still be attached to the garter.
- Please enclose a copy of the Delivery
Advice Note along with the garter so we can process the return,
please write the Return Reference Number on top of the form
in the space provided. We will refund the value of the goods
but you will be responsible for the cost of posting the goods
back to us.
- You will be refunded within a time
period of 30 days maximum from receipt of the returned item.
- We cannot be liable for goods lost
in transit so we suggest that you send goods back to us by
recorded delivery and obtain a proof of posting certificate
from the post office.
CANCELLATION/RETURNS (Custom Made to Measure garters):
For Custom made to Measure garters, cancellation notice
must be given within 48 hours from date of order placement.
You may only return these specially made items if faulty or
damaged.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS:
We check every single item before despatch. In the
unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact
us first:-

- Once we have received and assessed the
faulty item, we will repair, replace to the same value or
refund dependent upon the assessment of the faulty product.
- We cannot be liable for goods lost
in transit so we suggest that you send goods back to us by
recorded delivery and obtain a proof of posting certificate
from the post office.
CUSTOMS & DUTY:
Please note that it is a legal requirement that
we declare the full value of goods on all packages destined
outside the European Union. These shipments may be subject
to import duties & taxes once the goods reach your country.
Charges for customs clearance must be borne
by you, unfortunately we have no control over these charges
and we cannot predict what they might be.
Returning goods on which duty has been
paid:-
If you have paid import duty for goods
received and subsequently return the goods to us, it should
be possible for you to claim a refund on the duties paid, from
your local customs authority. To do this, you will need to
show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g certificate
of posting) when claiming.

PRIVACY:
Sharing Information:-
Smooch & Blush will not sell, share
or rent personal information will to other parties. Smooch & Blush
collect your data from the website in order to process your
order and follow up with any after sales service should it
be required.
We use PayPal to process on line payments
so personal contact information is shared with them in order
to provide this service.

Cookies:-
A cookie is a piece of data stored on your
hard drive containing information about your order. Usage of
a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable
information while on our site. Once you close your browser,
the cookie simply terminates. You need to have cookies enabled
in order to use our ordering system.
Keeping In Touch With You:-
We may occasionally like to e-mail you
to notify you of any new products or special offers but we
will only e-mail you if tick the box to be added to our mailing
list on the ‘check out’ page on the website.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- We reserve the right to refuse to supply
goods.
- All products are subject to availability
and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be
fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full
refund.
- Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
